FOR WEDDING POSTPONEMENT


Oh just where on earth has this all come from. I'm so sorry that this is something you have to face, planning a wedding is stressful enough without the added complications of navigating a global pandemic! I'm here for you. I'm on your side and will be doing absolutely everything I can do to help. 

Firstly, try and sync up as many of your main suppliers as possible by arranging what available dates your venue can offer, syncing up your suppliers will enable a smoother transition to a new date.

 

Your wedding date can be postponed free of charge to any available date up until the end of 2021. I am fully waiving all postponement fees for this time given the circumstances, and all dates are on a first-come-first-served basis. 

I ask that you please be reasonable in your request - if your wedding date changes from midweek to weekend, or if you postpone beyond 2021, you may incur a small fee. 

 

All payments and coverage costs agreed with your previous contract will be transferred over to your new date. A new contract and booking form will need to be completed so I can update my records. 

50% of your full coverage cost will be due when your original booking payment would have been due (always the 1st of the month before your wedding month), and the remaining 50% due on the 1st of the month before your new wedding date.
(For example, if you are postponing a June wedding to September, 50% of the total fee would still be due 1st May,  and the final 50% would be due 1st August.)

If your new wedding date is unavailable in my calendar, please do let me know as soon as possible so that we can discuss what options there are.

Feel free to request a few and don’t hesitate to include dates which already have ‘pending booking’ on them - ‘pending’ does not mean the date is unavailable, just that someone else is also considering it!
